Working with Gil and his team at Green Lake Remodel on our renovation was seamless. Both the process and finished product exceeded our expectations and we wholly recommend Green Lake Remodel to anyone considering updating their home. Gil was always calm, attentive, proactive, and a pleasure to work with throughout our project.  We appreciate that remodeling a home is stressful and will include unexpected events but Gil’s regular communication and transparency always eased our minds. His crew and all of his subcontractors are true masters of their crafts and always did the work correctly and thoughtfully considered every detail. They never cut corners and the finished product is truly a joy in which to live.

We worked with Gil at Green Lake Remodel on a major kitchen renovation, which involved gutting the kitchen, and a completely new design with new cabinets, a new ceiling, some new walls and all new finishes. Gil was very upfront with us that the project was going to take about 3 months, and in order to get it right, we needed to budget for it accordingly. I appreciate Gil's style and I felt like he was honest, realistic and fair. Gil kept his word and delivered on his promises, and his team did a fantastic job. I've got to say that Gil assembled an amazing team of professionals. These folks take a great deal of pride in their work and it really shows. The quality is top notch, from the tile work which involved installing our tile of choice one piece at a time, to the built-in shelves and trim to the plumbing and electrical work and handling delicate items like a crystal chandelier. I highly recommend Gil and his team, and I plan to reach out to him again when we are ready for our next remodel.

The Green Lake Remodel team goes above and beyond. We appreciated the level of collaboration with Gil and his team during our top to bottom remodel. As with all home remodels, there are surprises and changes. What made our remodel a success was working through the issues together. Gil and his team brought a tough work ethic, an attention to detail and a high quality of finish work to all aspects to our project.
